Oriental Fabric

Here at Fancy Moon we love the elegance of the classic oriental fabric designs of the Far East cultures of China, Japan and greater Asia. The exquisite chrysanthemum and lotus floral motifs feature through many of these fabrics such as Kaffe Fassett's Asian Circles, Alexander Henry's gorgeous Imperial Kiku and modern Harajuku Collection fabrics from the Indochine Collection. Other popular Asian symbols can be found in Michael Miller's 'Koi with Lotus & Waves' fabric and in 'Kyoto Geishas and Cranes' fabric from Elizabeth Studios. From Alexander Henry we find exquisite Far Eastern pen and ink work can be seen in Nora Neko, alongside fabulous children's fabric prints including Japanese anime characters such as Thunder Flower, all fantastic quilting and dressmaking fabrics. Kokka and put together a beautiful traditional Oriental fabric collection with their Yugyoku cotton linen blend canvas prints which are ideal for curtains, upholstery, bags and heavier garments
